• Promote sexually explicit materials.
• Promote violence.
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Include any trademark of Flipkart.com, or its affiliates, or any variation or misspelling of any trademark of Flipkart.com, or its affiliates, in any domain name -- for example, a domain name such as "flipkart.mydomain.com", "flipkartauctions.net", "facebook.com flipkart deals group," would be unsuitable.
• Include any trademark of Flipkart.com, Inc. or its affiliates in any username, group name, or other identifier on any social networking website.
• Include any color combination or layout similar or identical to Flipkart.com, with or without intention to deceive.
• Otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

1. Building links:

After your portal is eligible for an affiliate marketing program, now you have to create links through which you want to endorse your visitors as customers to Flipkart. The links can be one or more of the following:

2. Order process and fulfillment:

The Referral Fees Payment:

Flipkart pays referral fees to the affiliate marketers on the basis of the following points:

• 24 hours elapsed from the customer's initial click-through
• The customer places an order for a Product or
• The customer follows a third-party link to the Flipkart Site that is formatted with an Associate's tag. We will only pay referral fees on eligible Products after order, payment, and shipping.
